Platinum Industrial-Electronic Artists ORGY Are Back! Watch Behind-The-Scenes Footage from the Upcoming “Spells” Music Video!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7v9OH29EN5U

Stay tuned for the full “Spells” video… Coming soon!

For the last few years, electronic rockers ORGY have been touring heavily while revealing their refreshed brand of haunting EDM-influenced anthems, but it’s all lead up to 2016 – marking the true resurgence of ORGY. The platinum-certified band is gearing up for the upcoming “Make America Hate Again Tour”, featuring legendary headliners Filter and opening support from Vampires Everywhere and Death Valley High. The tour begins April 13th in San Francisco, CA at Slim’s. See below for all tour dates and grab tickets via www.officialfilter.com.

To make the bang even bigger, ORGY have put together one of their most intense and detailed videos to date for one of the most industrial-influenced tracks from their newest Talk Sick EP, entitled “Spells”. The making-of process began in March with an open-call shoot in the Los Angeles area and incorporates some of today’s hottest talent in visual FX and animation. The “Spells” video promises to tease the senses and tantalize the mind!

The “Spells” video features truly remarkable work from Ukranian short-film director Mykyta Samusiev producer Anna Veritina of the New York Film Academy, as well as renowned animator/visual FX artist Henry Lipatov (Nick Jonas, Busta Rhymes, Kelly Clarkson).

“Spells” animator/visual FX artist Henry Lipatov states, “From the visual effect side of things, the ORGY “Spells” video is a special video. We worked a ton with green screens and used several programs such as Nuke, Abobe After Effects, and Mocha to create this video. Our entire visual effects team is very happy to be a part of this – so check out this video, hopefully you’ll love it as much as we do!”

ORGY frontman Jay Gordon adds, “The crew from New York Film Academy did a great job for us and we would recommend them anytime to people looking to shoot good music videos or documentary film projects! Henry Lipatov, our video VFX supervisor rounded out the crew. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and we hope new and longtime fans enjoy the “Spells” video!”

In The Circle Of The Universe
Fast Ball

Ten years in, and “In The Circle Of The Universe” is the third album from Messrs Roman, Wayne and “H”, and carries on in their late seventies / early eighties metal meets rock influenced sound.

Apparently, it’s a concept album, and seems to be about the new world order and global changes, but all I heard were some meaty riffs, powerful vocals and a top notch metal production,  courtesy of Martin Buchwalter.

There are some clever arrangements, quality musicianship from top to bottom, and some excellent songs like ‘The Machinery’ (which toys with prog metal), ‘Rock’n’Roll Monster’ and ‘Destiny’.  It’s probably about ten minutes too long, but it’s a small price to pay for a very good offering.
